Biography
I am an award-winning marketer with over 30 years of experience at small, medium, and large technology companies. I have a proven track record as a strong and dynamic marketing leader of direct reports and cross-functional teams and significant experience in creating and executing integrated vertical marketing plans for public sector and commercial industries.
As the founder and marketing consultant at LSW Marketing LLC, I work with B2G and B2B technology companies to help them with effective go-to-market strategies and tactics to drive demand, marketing plan development and review, and fractional marketing leadership and execution support to grow their public sector business.
Prior to LSW Marketing, I was the Vice President of Americas Marketing at SolarWinds, responsible for regional demand generation and channel marketing for North America, LATAM, and the U.S. public sector across the product portfolio. Preceding this role, I was responsible for all aspects of SolarWinds federal marketing to the U.S. Government worldwide, as well as state, local, and education marketing in the U.S., and launching National Government in EMEA.
Before joining SolarWinds in 2012, I was Director of Marketing in the Information Solutions business unit at Deltek, where I was responsible for demand generation and product marketing for select GovWin offerings. In addition, I have held key marketing positions at RightNow Technologies, Software AG, VCampus, FutureNext and ZYGA Corporation.
Coupled with this experience, I have an undergraduate degree in business from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst (UMASS) and an Executive MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU).
I am also the Chief of Marketing and Operations and Official Taste Tester of Wulf Cocktail Den. Our shared love of cocktails drove my husband and me to launch the Wulf Cocktail Den blog after attending the Tales of the Cocktail conference.
I have won numerous marketing awards, including: • 2021 GAINER Government Marketing Award finalist (Brand Awareness) with my team • 2020 GAINER Government Marketing Award winner (COVID-19 Response) with my team • 2020 Federal Firebrand Nominee – Marketing • 2019 GAINER Government Marketing Award winner (Events) • 2018 GAINER Government Marketing Award finalist • 2016 Trending 40 Chief Marketing Officers Washington DC award • 2015 Gold MarCom Award in the Research/Study category with REQ for their federal cybersecurity market research program.
