Biography

Frank Konkel is Editor-in-Chief at GovExec, where he provides editorial oversight across all of its publications. Since 2012, he has covered the intersection of technology, policy, and government, with a particular focus on the adoption of emerging technologies by the Department of Defense and national security agencies. His work takes him to technology and defense conferences across the country, where he covers industry developments and moderates high-level discussions with government and industry leaders. In addition to his editorial leadership, Frank continues to report on the issues shaping government and technology.
