Biography
I am an entrepreneurial marketing executive with broad experience and a track record of leadership success in both Business-to-Government (B2G) and Business-to-Business (B2B) markets.
As a recognized expert in marketing technology products and services to the government, my background spans multiple public sector segments, from federal (civilian and DoD), state, and local government agencies to education and public safety organizations.
Throughout my career I have collaborated with C-suite executives and leaders in marketing, outside and inside sales, product management, business development, training, external communications, and proposal management to drive growth at organizations of all sizes (ranging from startups and mid-sized businesses to multiple Fortune 500 companies).
Along the way I've launched new products and services, expanded into new markets, positioned a private company for acquisition by a Fortune 150 firm, led post-acquisition marketing efforts through a "reverse integration," contributed to the turnaround of a NASDAQ-traded company in "rebuilding mode," and managed on-site and remote teams through periods of both expansion and uncertainty.
Throughout my leadership roles, I've rebuilt and optimized struggling departments, mentored countless employees, launched marketing programs that drove measurable results, and carefully aligned finite marketing resources to achieve strategic and tactical business outcomes.
